Nicole is amazing! She’s great as a tour guide & taxi driver. She was always on time . Very professional & sweet ! She has a great personality & she took me everywhere I wanted to go . She gave me a lot information of the Bahamas culture & history. She really knows her stuff ! And definitely will give you your moneys worth ! I really enjoyed her ! My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of booking with Nicole's Bahamas Taxi & Tours during our trip to the Bahamas, and we cannot recommend her enough! Our trip took an unexpected turn when tropical storm Debby caused our flights to be canceled two days in a row. This created a lot of stress and uncertainty, but Nicole was a constant source of support. She was always there to make sure we were safe and never stranded. Despite the chaos, Nicole was always on time for our pickups and consistently went above and beyond to help us during our time of need.
One of the most stressful moments was realizing that the Nassau airport isn’t 24/7 like we were used to. When our flights were suddenly canceled, we called Nicole, and she miraculously arrived shortly after to pick us up, turning what could have been a disaster into a manageable situation. Her flexibility and dependability during our flight delays were nothing short of amazing.
Nicole was also incredibly empathetic to our situation. My anxiety was through the roof due to the constant delays and not knowing when we would be able to return home, but Nicole’s calm and comforting presence made all the difference. She went out of her way to ensure we felt supported and cared for during such a difficult time.
We honestly don’t know what we would have done without Nicole during our trip. She is a radiant, trustworthy person who genuinely cares about the people she serves. We are so grateful to have booked with her, and we can confidently say that we’ll only be booking with Nicole whenever we return to the Bahamas.
